NSW Land Records Seminar
Nepean FHS is holding a seminar on NSW Land Records at 10am Saturday 16th November 2013.
Guest Speakers: Associate Professor Carol Liston and Information Librarian and local historian Lorraine Stacker.

Nepean Family History Society will begin the month with our General Meeting on Saturday 3rd August at 1.30 pm. Guest speakers Lorraine and Laurie Turtle will be speaking on Researching BDMs & Archives in Other States.

Visitors are welcome and will be given a guided tour of our rooms and assistance with their research.

Biography of Emu Plains Cemetery Project
To coincide with the Emu Plains Cemetery’s Sesqui-centenary celebrations, Nepean Family History Society will be publishing a book of biographies of people buried in the cemetery. The Society is seeking assistance with biographical information on those buried in the Cemetery. We are looking for stories, photos, memorabilia and old photographs of the cemetery for inclusion in the book. The book will be launched at the “Back to Emu Plains Weekend” 25th - 26th May 2013.
